Special Headline:
[Kiki] [More details available.] Kiki's Delivery Service released on video by Buena Vista on September 1st!
Note: WOW! Nausicaa.net now gets in excess of 20,000 page impressions (individual URL requests) per day. We're glad everyone considers us a good source of information, and will continue to provide the best service we can. :)
Nausicaa.net is a small system dedicated to hosting various projects. The original purpose of the system was to provide a home for the Unofficial Hayao Miyazaki Web, after tcp.com, who had generously hosted the site for about two years at no cost to the maintainers, went into financial dire straits.

The origin of the name 'Nausicaa.net' is a reference to the film and comic which many consider to be Hayao Miyazaki's master work, Kaze no Tani no Nausicaä (Nausicaa of the Valley of Wind).

We make an effort to keep the pages friendly for all browsers, including Lynx. If you have problems viewing a page under a specific browser, please let us know and we'll take care of it as quickly as we can.

If you have questions about Nausicaa.net, or suggestions for services that should be offered, feel free to drop a line to the admins at admin@nausicaa.net, or directly to either Michael Johnson, the project lead, or Jeremy Blackman, the project and site sysadmin. Questions about the Miyazaki Web in particular should be directed to ghiblink@nausicaa.net.
