English dub is available from Fox Video in both VHS and Laserdisc. It should be relatively easy to find at your local video retail/rental place (check Family section as well as Anime section). You can also get a copy from anime importers (see below).

The dub is also included in the Ghibli LD Box Set (see below) with English available on right analogue track.

Disney will redub it for the global release. However, we don't know when that will be.
