Symbols in the clothes

These are the symbols which some characters in Dragon Ball (mainly from the first part) wear in their clothes. I'm sure that you will recognize the first one ;-)

Then: "King of the world".

Meaning:
1- Fire / 2- Little 
3- (I've not found it)
4-Opposite
(It is possible that it has a meaning in Chinese)
