May 9/99 - From toyboxdx.com - "In their latest attempt to create the world's first toy analogue of crack cocaine, Bandai has announced a series of 1,200 yen ($10) vinyl Gundam toys. Blister carded, fully articulated, and loaded with extra weapons, the scale seems to be somewhat smaller than 1:144. Bandai plans these as 'export models' for sale in Asia and America, and the packaging is all in English. Just watch out you don't get hooked. Look for 'em this summer.

May 8/99 - G-Savior, the live action/CG one-shot movie from Sunrise is scheduled for completion in June. On June 18th, there will be a premiere in both Los Angeles and Okinawa. G-Savior is rumored to be directed by Graeme Campbell and star: Brennan Elliott, Enuka Okuma, Catarina Conti, David Lovgren, Alfonso Quijada, andTaayla Markell.

May 7/99 - The judging for the Great Gundam Mecha Makeover I has been completed! Winners will be posted on the contest page shortly! Thanks to all those who judged, participated, and donated prizes. Look for more exciting Gundam contests in the future!

May 3/99 - The Turn-A Gundam plastic model kit is hitting the stores in Japan & North America right about now. The kit is available in 1/144 scale and sells in Japan for Y600.
