Episode #25 Kokoro no Kizu no Bansoko? (A Band-Aid for a Broken Heart?) Air Date: 09/20/96

Synopsis

Sana sees the rest of the class grouped around something. She investigates and it's Mami feeding a small rabbit. Mami ends up going back to class with only Hayama in the classroom. She's scared of him. Sana comes in and wants to know what he did to Mami to scare her this time.

Sana goes home and tells Mama about the happenings at school, then goes to visit Mami and ask her about Hayama, then sees Hayama and talks to him about Mami. In trying to help Mami, Sana tries to disguise Hayama so she doesn't recognize him. She tries to get him dressed in a rabbit suit, but isn't successful at getting him to put the head on.

During art class, Hayama leaves and comes across the Mami's rabbit house where he sees her rabbit. As he leaves, a larger rabbit knocks over the smaller rabbit's water bottle. Hayama returns to see the water spilled and goes to find Mami to tell her. As the girls investigate, Hayama leaves to find a veterinarian.

The next day, Hayama stops to see Mami's rabbit (named Kurosuke) and talks to Mami. He tells her he's glad to see her and that her rabbit is fine.
