Hayama finds himself in his bedroom with a cloth on his forehead to help him recover from his fever. His father enters and begins to talk to him about what happened last night, then Hayama's sister enters with a bowl of soup. The Akito household is indeed on the mend. Hayama then begins watching the TV show Sana was in while remembering what Sana was doing for Hayama last night. Hayama then pauses the VCR on a picture of Sana and just stares.
Sana on the other hand is late for a toothpaste commercial (dressed as a tube of toothpaste and all). In a hurry, she bumps into Asako at the set and Rei again pulls his dissapearing act. Asako wonders to Sana why Rei keeps disappering, and invites Sana to lunch the next day.
At school, Hayama and Tsuyoshi are sitting around in the sun and Hayama asks Tsuyoshi how he feels about Sana. Tsuyoshi admits to Hayama that he is in love with Sana. Sana then races by, being late for work, and Hayama then points out to Tsuyoshi how affectionate Sana is towards her manager Rei. Tsuyoshi sees this and can't believe that Sana could be in love with her manager.
That night, Rei sees Sana to sleep. Sana, in her sleep, tells Rei that she loves him. Rei is not in Sana's room in the moring.
Sana finds Rei in his room pretending to be sick, Sana panics and does everything in her power to help him (including dressing as a shinto preistess). Sana then gets into an argument with her mother who thinks she is acting stupid. Later that day, Sana meets with Kurumi in front of a slew of reporters and photographers. During luch, Kurumi keeps talking to Sana about Rei and wondering why he is never around.
Sana returns to the car only to find Rei absent, however, Kurumi runs into Rei. Rei begins to run and Asako chases after him. While waiting at the car Sana begins to put this together, and breaks into one of her raps (one of my personal favourites). Asako corners Rei and confronts him about their past, and as Rei tries unsuccessfully to avoid Asako grabbing him, Sana arrives...
...just in time to see Rei's glasses shatter on the ground.
