Here's Part Nine of The Rescue, the worst story ever written! If you missed the last seven parts, they're up on my miscellaneous stories page. I have nothing else to say. I am going to hide now.
With a splash they fell into the water, only to be attacked by Cheep Cheeps. Then the ground sank, leaving them wading in water. They thought they were doomed until they discovered a red noteblock, which took them to Coin Heaven.
Toad and Toadette ran around and collected low coins, while Mario and Luigi took to the skys and found a treasure chest. They brought it down.
"Cool!" yelled Toad. "It has two keys in it!"
"Look," Mario added. "There's also a note."
It said:
Yo!
These are the keys to the prisons. If you two losers find them, I guarantee you'll never get past me! Ha ha ha
King of the Koopa
"What a dork," mumbled Luigi. "We'll get past him."
"I hope," Toadette said sadly, "but we might not."
"What do you mean?" demanded Mario.
"I think she means we might bite the big one one," answered Toad.
"We won't!" encouraged Luigi. "Just wait and see!"
The group slowly walked off into the distance.
Princess Daisy was sitting in her dimly lit cell, thinking about how she could escape. Soon she noticed the noteblocks above her head. She awkwardly hopped up them, since it's pretty hard to keep your balance if you have your hands tied behind your back. She reached a hole in the ceiling(the hole was invisible),and reached for it. Unfortunately she slipped and fell with a bang.
The gate flew open. "What was that noise!" demanded Lemmy Koopa.
"What noise?" Princess Daisy asked inconently. (Me: Ouch.)
"How could you make noise if you're tied up?" Lemmy asked himself. "Either you have superhuman powers or I'm going crazy."
"You could be," lied Princess Daisy. "I heard a disease is going around that results in permanent insanity."
"No!" Lemmy screamed. "I'm nuts!" He ran out and, in his confusion, ran into a wall. He stumbled the rest of the way screaming bloody murder.
Princess Dasiy smiled. Never had she met someone more gullible. But despite the humor she found in that, she still was depressed.
I know I said I wouldn't say anything, but I have to mention one thing. ^^; People usually don't 'fall with a bang', do they...
