----- Badamon is the ruler of all Nether Spirits. He was summoned by Talpa for two main reasons. The first was so that Talpa could instruct his warlords on the Inferno Armor and how to capture it. The second was for the building and activation of the 9 shrines that would link the Human and Nether Worlds.

----- Badamon acted only in the background, never actually engaging in battle.  He instructed the Warlords and advised Talpa.

----- Badamon later possessed Lady Kayura after the amulet which kept her under Talpa's control was destroyed. He was driven out by Anubis who sacrificed his life to save Lady Kayura.

----- Badamon then led an army of Nether Spirits to the Human World after Talpa had begun merging it to the Nether World. During the final battle, Ryo used the power of the Inferno armor to blow a hole through Badamon (and thus killing him).

----- Badamon has knowledge of all of the ancient legends. He knows all of the powerful spells, the power to possess people and control all of the Nether Spirits. Badamon possesses enhanced versions of all of the powers of the Nether Spirits.
