Part 2: Dragon's Bane

As the battlefield grew dark from the great shadows cast by the Dragon. The Ronin Warriors looked up in awe and fear. Mighty Tulpa, master of the evil Dynasty stepped backward in fear. The weight of his massive armor causing his foot to crush the ground it stepped on. "A Nether Dragon, It can not be."
"W-w-what do we do now Ryo?" Kento inquired stuttering in fright.
"Just wait maybe that thing is only after Tulpa."
"And if its not?"
"We fight."
The massive Nether Dragon set down on the ground and stood itself up on its hind limbs. It surveyed the occupants of the battlefield as they trembled at the sight of it. The mighty creature fixed its gaze on Tulpa. With a lightning fast move it had ensnared Tulpa in its massive claw. "Let me go." Tulpa struggled to free himself from the Dragon's grip.
The dragon lifted one of its legs and propelled it toward the Ronin. "Jump!" Ryo yelled. Luckily the nine Ronin had jumped away in time. But the shock waves created by the Dragon's foot hitting the ground caused them to loose their balance when they landed.
"Hey Ryo, I don't think he's friendly," Rowan stated.
"I agree."
As the Dragon squeezed the life out of Tulpa he turned his head toward the scatted Ronin Warriors. His mouth opened revealing rows of gigantic teeth. Then came the fire. The Nether Dragon breathed forth a massive blast of fire, igniting all that was around him. "Come little man and fight the great Yin Fang Sung." It bellowed.
"O.K. that does it." Rowan stated. "ARROW SHOCK WAVE!" cried Rowan as he let loose a massive bolt of energy from his bow. A direct hit to the creatures belly.
"Was that suppose to hurt?"
Lady Kayrah jumping out of the way of a burning tree that was falling towards her, readied her Starlight Swords. She landed gracefully and invoked their mystical power. "STAR SWORD SCREAM!" Several stars in the sky began to glow blinding bright. Then let loose five massive charges of energy. The energy completely engulfed the Dragon. He lost his grip on Tulpa and began to brace himself against this awesome attack.
"Press the attack now before he has a chance to recover!" yelled Kayrah with utmost urgency in her voice.
"You got it!" Replied both Kale and Sage.
"THUNDER BOLT CUT!"
"BLACK LIGHTNING SLASH!"
The two attacks, opposites in nature, combined and interwove forming a massive blast of both the energies of light and dark. The Dragon, hit with another massive blast, fell to the ground.
"I thought our attacks would cancel each other out," said Sage.
"Only when directed at each other. When combined they from quite a massive attack." responded Kale.
"You are beginning to annoy me insects." Yin Fang Sung mumbled as he rose from the attack.
The Ronin Warriors and the former Dark Warlords stood ready. The Dragon's claw was raised and began to glow. The ground began to tremble and the Ronins lost their balance as pillars of rock arose all over the field.
Sekhmet, balancing himself on one of the rising pillars of earth ready his attack. "Lets see how well you can fare against my poison, Dragon." Sekhmet readied his six katanas. "SNAKE FANG STRIKE!" His blades struck the Dragon showering him with the most deadly of poisons. The Dragon's eyes burned, and he screamed in pain.
"Time to take this guy out," Kento began. "IRON ROCK CRUSHER!" The force of Kento's move shattered the earthen pillars and sent tons of dirt and rock hurtling toward the Nether Dragon.
Now bruised and buried under a mountain of rubble the Nether Dragon was growing vengeful and angry. He erupted out of his tomb of rocks. The earth which imprisoned him flying forth and reigning down.
The Ronin braced themselves against the hail of rocks.
"Tulpa, save me," begged Kinjiro.
"You have been a great asset to the Dynasty, I will not let you come to harm."
"Thank you Tulpa." Kinjiro said, avoiding the falling rocks, and rushing to the side of his master.
Tulpa gathered his strength and prepared his attack. "UNSLADUNA!" He yelled calling upon his great power. He raised his battle sword and it shot forth a beam of intense energy. Both the Ronins and the Nether Dragon were caught off guard and were forced to defend against the great power of Tulpa's attack. In the ensuing confusion Tulpa and Kinjiro managed to disappear from the area.
The Nether Dragon was the first to shake off the confusion caused by Tulpa's attack. He grabbed Rowan and Kale in one claw and began to crush them. Dais arose and looked up. "Rowan! Kale!" Dais pulled the extensor blades from his back. "Now Dragon lets see how well you can fare against my power."
Reality began to fall away in the eyes of the Dragon as Dais' extensor blades sliced through the air.
"What is going on here?" The dragon caught a glimpse of Dais, and lifted his mighty foot. Dais wasn't quite as fortunate this time, he was crushed into the ground by the Dragon's stomp. The dragon threw Kale and Rowan into the ground as well. Rowan hit the ground and rebounded up smashing into Kento, knocking him unconscious.
As Dais' illusion fell apart the Dragon slammed his gargantuan fist into Ryo. Ryo flew back from the force of the hit. He fell over and skidded along the ground. He tried to get up but he was to weak. The Wildfire armor began to react and glow. Ryo felt stronger and stood up. Then the armors of Illusion, Hard Rock, Corruption, and Strata began to glow as well. The armors released their energy which was absorbed by the Wildfire armor.
The Wildfire armor shattered and Ryo prepared to receive the powers of the other armors. First the gauntlets formed around Ryo. As the gauntlets became inflamed with the Inferno power the chest and back plates formed. Next the leg and foot armors formed up. Finally the helmet of the Inferno armor formed.
"ARMOR OF INFERNO!"
Ryo's loyal tiger White Blaze leaped forward. He tow was transformed by the Inferno power. He was now the bearer of the Soul Swords of Fervor.
Ryo, drawing the Soul Swords from the scabbards carried by White Blaze, stood ready to face Yin Fang Sung. The Dragon looked at him. "Clever little boy, you can change your armor to that of Hariel, but I am still not impressed."
"You will be." Ryo proclaimed. "RAGE OF INFERNO!"
Yin Fang Sung stood stunned as Ryo called upon the power of the Inferno Armor. The Soul Swords ignited with power and Ryo unleashed that power against the Nether Dragon. Yin Fang Sung was thrown back, his massive body sending a shock through the ground as he fell.
"Keep up the attack," Kayrah yelled. "STAR SWORD SCREAM! Hear the Cry of the Heavens!"
The energy of the stars flared up and then slammed into the Dragon.
The other warriors soon followed through with their attacks.
"SNAKE FANG STRIKE!"
"SUPER WAVE SMASHER!"
"THUNDER BOLT CUT!"
The mighty Dragon arose shaking from the blows and then fell down. Supporting himself with all his strength he called out to Draka for help. Soon after he vanished.

In Draka's Nether World Palace he chided the Dragon for failing him.
"Your failure is unacceptable."
"There were two many my Lord."
"Go, rest, you will have another chance."
"Thank you, my Lord."

Back on the devastated field of battle, the Ronin Warriors and the former Dark Warlords were recovering from their intense battle.
"So what do we do now?" Kento asked.
"We can't fight both Tulpa and Draka," Sai added.
"We will have to," answered Kayrah. "Ryo, Sage, Sai, Kento, and Rowan. You must deal with Tulpa. Me, Sekhmet, Kale, and Dais, will try to find out more about this Draka."
"Good idea," responded Ryo, "but first we need to recover from this battle."

Inside the Osaki Manufacturing Company Kinjiro and Tulpa discussed the future of the Dynasty.
"Kinjiro, I can not continue to spend my time fighting the Ronin Warriors. I must be concentrating my efforts in revitalizing the Dynasty's power. Especially now that my old enemy Draka has entered the scene."
"Well is there any way that I could help?"
"I must have my Warlords back."
"Tulpa, I believe that I can help you with that problem."
