Part 2: Tomo o Sukue Samurai Heart (Save our friend, Samurai
Heart!)
----- The girl, who's name we find out is Luna,
has realized that Rowen was not the killer. She leads Ryo and Rowen
down into the subway system where they change back into their normal cloths
and elude the police. Shikaisen, the spirit who attacked the plane,
decided to strike against the Ronins.
----- He dispatches a band of ninjas to kidnap
Mia and Yuli from the restaurant. Chin is injured while defending them.
Luna bandages Rowen's injured leg as Sai and Kento meet up with them.
----- The story shifts to LA where the citizens
of Little Tokyo are celebrating some kind of holiday. Shikaisen and
his scientist partner are hiding out in the caverns below the city. They
converse about how to control the power of the armor as Shickaisen draws
on the dark side of the Armor of Halo to gain power. Sage screams in
pain. Mia and Yuli are strung up from the rafters. The people
in Little Tokyo begin to die as Shikaisen draws power from them. Shikaisen
seeks to control the power of all the Ronin Armors, believing it will make
him invincible.
----- In New York the Ronins return to the restaurant
to discover the aftermath of Shikaisen's ninjas. He leaves a message
for them and they rush off to LA. Luna insists on going and it becomes
obvious that she is falling in love with Ryo. Shikaisen senses their
arrival and uses a crystal ball to spy on them.
----- Shikaisen's ninjas attack as the scientist's
computer analyzes the Ronin's armor for weaknesses. The Ronins fight
though the ninjas and then make their way to a temple. Shikaisen appears
and pulls a cord causing the floor to collapse. The Ronins fall to
the pool of water below, but Luna uses her knife to catch and hang onto the
wall. The scientist flips a switch and the Ronin's get electrocuted.
----- Mia and Yuli begin to swing back and forth
and eventually bump the computer knocking it over. The Ronins leap
out of the water and jump into battle. Mia runs to the computer and
tries to use it to analyze Shikaisen. Sage breaks free and tries to
take out Shikaisen. Since Shikaisen knows most everything about the
armors he neutralizes Sage quickly as well as the other Ronins.
----- Shikaisen somehow accesses the computer
from a distance and calls 5 of those star looking things to imprison the
Ronins. The scientist pulls out a gun and threatens Mia and Yuli. He
then activates a program allowing Shikaisen to control the armors. Yuli
jumps the scientist as Mia races for the computer again. In a blatant
display of blind rage and stupidity Luna attacks Shikaisen with her knife.
He mortally wounds her.
----- Mia breaks the computer's hold over the
Ronins. Luna then dies in Ryo's arms. Ryo cries and all the Ronins
armor up. They attack Shikaisen as he merges with the computer. The
scientist is killed by Shikaisen's power. Then Shikaisen's form changes
to that of Talpa. The Ronins form the Inferno Armor and Ryo blasts
Talpa.
----- The Ronins go the Golden Gate Bridge and
morn the loss of Luna. The OAV ends.
