View Bio List		 ----- ICQ is a program created by Mirabilis.  It allows people to have one on one chat as well as group chat in a style similar to IRC.  In order to use it you must first download the ICQ program.  It is availible for windows 95/NT 3.x (with the win 32s), and macintosh.  The only real drawback is that the ICQ network tends to be down a lot.  However it does allow you to send files and all kinds of other neat stuff.
