----- Kale, the third Warlord we meet, is Talpa's
Dark Warlord of Corruption. He is also known as the Demon of Darkness.
Kale likes to surround himself with darkness as well as with cold
and desolation. Kale, much like Dais, prefers to rely on trickery and
deceit to accomplish his missions rather than sheer brute force.
----- Kale is the complete antithesis of Sage.
As Sage is the warrior of light, Kale is the warrior of darkness.
Sage's Armor draws on light for power and functions best in it, while
Kale's armor works best in darkness. In fact all but one of Kale's
battles have been directed against Sage.
----- Kale's first mission was to stop Sage from
freeing Kento of Hard Rock. Sage managed to free Kento despite Kale's
best efforts to stop him. However a one on one battle between the two
had yet to reveal a true victor.

Kale's next mission was also against
Sage. Talpa had used they Dynasty power to separate the Ronin Warriors
as they tried to force their way though the occupied city. Sage was
kept in darkness so that his Armor could not absorb the power of light.
Kale intercepted Sage and they finally fought. Kale gained the
upper hand as his Sword of Darkness was able to absorb Sage's light based
attacks. Sage, with the help of the Ancient's staff, managed to turn
the tide of battle and defeated Kale.
----- Kale then worked with the other Warlords
trying to stop the Ronins from encroaching further into Talpa's Earth strong
hold. But it was to no avail. The Ronins defeated Talpa, driving
him out of the Mortal Realm.
----- Kale was still needed as Talpa planed his
next attack on the Mortal Realm. Kale was dispatched to find and confront
Sage in order to convince him to join the Dynasty. Kale was able to
trick Sage into believing that his Armor must be destroyed. When Sage
separated from his Armor and tried to destroy it, Talpa struck and used his
power to capture Sage.
----- Kale and the other Warlords were mostly forgotten
about as Talpa planned his next attack on the Mortal World. Talpa had
chosen Kayura as his new favorite and slowly the three remaining Dark Warlords
were discovering that they were only being used and manipulated by Talpa
for their Armor.
----- Finally Kale did realize that he was being
used by Talpa and broke away from his control and joined with the other Ronins
against Talpa.
| Powers and Abilities |
----- Kale's no-datchi known as the Sword of Darkness
is his main weapon. The "Black Lightning Slash" is Kale's special move. When
Kale uses it his Sword of Darkness can shoot a massive energy beam at an
opponent. This energy beam appearing completely black often hits more then
the intended target. The energy also tends to split up and scatter,
attacking the opponent from all directions. The Sword of Darkness can
feed off of the ambient light making the battlefield become pitch black at
Kale's command.

Kale also wears a gauntlet with 3 sharp blades on it. He uses
this as a secondary weapon when he cannot use his sword. It also serves
as a shield to block incoming attacks.
----- Kale possesses powerful weather altering
abilities. He can cause the weather to go from a nice summer day to the harshest
winter day that anyone could imagine. Kale has also demonstrated the
ability to resurrect and control dead animals.
