----- Lady Kayura was kidnapped during Talpa's
raid on the clan of the Ancient. Talpa then used a magic amulet to keep her
under his control. Kayura was given extensive training by Talpa and was granted
use of the Starlight Swords as her weapon.
----- Kayura first encountered the
Ronin Warriors after Sai, Sage, and Kento had been taken prisoner by the
Dynasty. Kayura almost defeated Ryo and Rowen except that Anubis (who had
assumed the role of the Ancient) had interfered and used his staff to allow
Ryo to use the Inferno Armor. Kayura then fought the two free Ronins again,
this time in the city. She was once again defeated by the Anubis, because
she could not stand the pure light of goodness.
----- After her first two battles with the Ronin
Warriors, Kayura began to sense different emotions and lose her loyalty to
the Dynasty. However, she was able to suppress these feelings. Kayura
spent much of her time chasing Ryo and Rowen through the Nether World and
trying to get the Inferno Armor for Talpa. Anubis fought Kayura and was almost
able to kill her except the staff would not allow him to. Anubis eventually
learned who Kayura was and vowed to break Talpa's hold over her.
----- After Ryo and Rowen freed the other three
Ronin Warriors from Talpa, Ryo and Lady Kayura fought once more.
----- In a decisive battle with the Ronin Warriors,
Ryo was able to break the amulet with his "Rage of Inferno!" attack. Talpa
quickly retrieved his fallen warrior. After many tries Talpa and Badamon
were unable to restore the amulet's power over her. Badamon then tried
a different strategy to control Kayura. He use the most potent incantations
he knew and possessed her. Kayura was now once more in the service
of the Dynasty.

The possessed Kayura fought the Ronin Warriors and defeated
them. She then quickly captured the three Warlords still loyal to Talpa (Sekhmet,
Kale, and Dais). Anubis donned his Armor of Cruelty and battled Kayura.
He was defeated. Anubis, the Ronin Warriors, and the Dark Warlords
were then imprisoned in the nine shrines. Talpa then used the powers
of the nine armors to begin to merge the Mortal World and the Nether World.
----- Anubis broke free of his shrine and fought
Kayura once more. By deflecting her attack back on to Kayura and by bequeathing
his Armor to her he broke Badamon's hold over her and forever converted her
to the side of good. Anubis however paid the ultimate price for this, the
battle had mortally wounded him.
----- Kayura then pledged herself to defeating
Talpa, and joined with the Ronin Warriors and former Warlords in their fight
against Talpa.
| Powers and Abilities |

Kayura's
powers and abilities are many. She is an expert fighter and wields the powers
of the Starlight Swords. She seems to have great control over both the air
and water. Kayura is fast and extremely agile.
----- Her main attack "Star Sword Scream" cause
five stars to light up in the sky and send down devastating beams of lightning
which destroy everything in about a half mile radius.
----- Her Starlight Swords can also pepper the
ground with hundreds of beams of energy. They also have the ability to send
out shockwaves of energy. The swords are incredibly sharp and can cut through
most things.
----- Kayura seems to be immune to most attacks
except the Inferno Armor and the Ancient's staff (it will only hold her at
bey not harm her).
