----- After all the craziness in part 1, get ready for part 2 of the third OAV. This part is all about Sai. Read this carefully because there are lots of fast changes from reality to vision and from past to present.
----- It starts out raining and Sai is dreaming. He sees five red boxes. Each one has a symbol of one of the Ronins on it. Then he sees Rowen standing around the rolls of silk (the same silk as in the armor up sequences). Rowen has his hands on his head and is screaming in agony. Sai calls out to him but he doesn't answer. Sai then catches a glimpse of Rowen's new armor. Sai wakes up.
----- Sai, Sage, Ryo, and Kento gather together at the local coffee house. They are still able to sense each other (remnants of the armor's power?) but can't look at each other. Sai makes coffee. Ryo unwraps a package that was sent to him. It is a book that Rowen sent him before he was captured and says that this is why he called them together again. Kento grabs the book and starts looking though it. The title of the book is "Suiko, a new battle legend" It details the Ronins fight with Talpa. The Ronins have no idea who wrote the book or why. The letter that Rowen sent with the book said that he left to make sure the fight was over for all of them.
----- The four Ronins go their separate ways and Sai mentions that the battle has started again. We see the five boxes again and rowen says something.
----- Its flashback time again. Another long boring flashback to the first season of the TV series and OAV 2 is played with the obligatory monologue in the background.
----- Now we see Sai on his motorcycle. He stops at a red light and two bells fall. The landscape starts to change and these spirits in armor pop up out of nowhere. They start to attack Sai as he sits on the motorcycle. He jumps off the motorcycle avoiding them. Suzunagi appears in the background.
----- Suzunagi is holding the hand of Sai (in sub armor). Then Sai in full armor is laying in her lap. The soldiers attack her but she floats away holding Sai in full armor. She uses his trident to defend against the soldiers.
----- The real Sai in street cloths runs up and confront's Suzunagi. She tells him not to get close and that she will protect his future.
----- Now we see Sai in full armor on a stage. The narrator on stage says "This man is lost. But why does he still fight?"
----- Now we see Sai in normal cloths sitting down. Suzunagi puts her hands on his shoulders and talks to him. She tells him that he must fight because his gentleness will guide him (who has ever heard of a gentle warrior??). Sai asks why she wants to protect him. She responds by saying that she has seen the future and Sai chose the armor.
----- Sai gets rather mad and stands up. He says that if he choose the armor that is the same as choosing to fight (and we all remember from OAV 2 that Sai is the least combatant of all the Ronins). Suzunagi says that she would gladly give her life to protect a gentle heart like his. Sai asks whether that will make anyone happy.
----- Suzunagi starts bleeding from her forehead and says that it looks like Sai has lost his trusting heart (my own personal comment here: who in their right mind would trust a crazy spirit that imprisoned his friend?).
----- Suddenly spears shoot up from the ground and impale Suzunagi (yeah kick ass! blood!) Sai gets real mad, screams and jumps over a mob of soldiers. He breaks their spears and grabs Suzunagi. He says he will fight for the future and summons his armor.
----- Now we see Sai's new armor and we can see a tear in Sai's eye as he is trapped.
----- Well that is two for Suzunagi. Are you confused yet? If not its on to part three.
