----- Last part everyone. This is going to bring it all together hopefully. So sit back, read, and try not to be confused. If you made it this far you are doing pretty darn good.
----- This part opens up with Suzunagi sleeping. We see Ryo talking on a pay phone to Mia. Mia is trying to convince Ryo not to go and confront Suzunagi. He is going to do it anyway.
----- Then we see Ryo sitting down by his bed listening to an answering machine. I'm not sure which directorial genius thought of holding on this scene for a few minutes but I am convinced they should be shot. No movement, nothing. After each one of the four captured Ronins talks it flashes to a still picture of them in armor.
----- Rowen leaves a message about fate. He is asking about why history always repeats itself and leads to battle. Sai says that he can tell there is a battle beginning and that he hopes to see the end of it with his friends. He also states that he doesn't think he can handle going too far into the world of the armors. Kento gives a confession that he was terribly frightened of the Inferno armor and what it did to them. Sage says that he still believes in the five hearts of the Ronins. The armors are part of this worlds past, present, and future, and Sage feels ready to wear his again. He also hopes that the other Ronins will return.
----- It just wouldn't be Message without a flashback sequence. But having beaten the TV series and OAV 2 to death with flashbacks there is only one thing left to flash back too. Yes, you guessed it, not OAV 1 but rather OAV 3. The entire OAV 3 flashback is done as "Lullaby of the Stars" plays in the background.
----- We see spiritual soldiers fighting over a building. Apparently there are visions of the Ronins happening all over the world. To deal with this there is a United Nations meeting where they discuss the Ronins. Mia is there trying to explain the existence of the Ronins to the delegation.
----- Ryo approaches the ground level of city hall. Suzunagi appears before him. On top of a building the four new armors of the captured Ronins appear. They spend some time talking. Suzunagi tells Ryo that Rowen felt that the armors were a painful past, that Sai saw lost hope in the armors, that Kento saw them as a never ending battle, and that Sage was the light to guide the lost.
----- A box appears in front of Suzunagi which has the Wildfire emblem on it. Finally she asks Ryo what did he see in the armors? Were they a means to summon the Inferno? Ryo responds by saying the armors fought evil. That inside they are lost like Suzunagi but that the armors helped them discover what people really are. Suzunagi dresses him in his new armor (without helmet).
----- Now Suzunagi asks him about her hatred. Ryo says that most likely her hatred and the armors she made will be destroyed. She hands him the helmet. He puts it on and calls the Ronins too him. The four armors on top of the building begin to glow and turn into energy. They surge into Ryo (a la the Inferno power up sequence).
----- A fog covers the land. Now we see Ryo without armor. And the other four Ronins walk up to him (they aren't wearing armor either). We see Suzunagi standing in the fog. As the fog clears a graveyard is revealed. We see several scenes of people fighting and dyeing trying to protect and capture boxes which contain the Ronin armors. The graveyard is for all those who have died protecting the armors over the years.
----- Suzunagi says that this will be the Ronins grave. White Blaze appears carrying a lily. He places the lily on a grave and roars. Suzunagi recognizes the grave as her mother's.
----- Flashback to Suzunagi's past. She is in her mother's room. Her mother tells her that she shouldn't have so much sorrow and pain in her. The armors weren't created for hatred but rather for love and to protect the good people of the world. Her mother also tells her that since she has become filled with hatred she can no longer love her ('ouch', that's all I have to say).
----- Suzunagi is shocked. Time for another flashback. We see the ships blasting the building. It is the day the theater was burned. Suzunagi (as a child) is crying in a room full of flames. Her mother walks in and covers her with her kimono. A beam falls off of the ceiling and Suzunagi screams for her mother. (Haven't we beaten this scene to death as well?) Her mother tells her that there is love in the armor and in the power of the heart.
----- Now we see Suzunagi as a child crying and holding onto her mother. She is crying that with her parents dead, there will be no one left to love her or for her to love. Her mother hugs her and says she will love her daughter again. Now that Suzunagi has found the correct path for her heart she can go to the sky.
----- Light forms around Suzunagi and her mother and they both vanish. The sun shines though the clouds.
----- Now the part you have all been waiting for. The debut of the new armors powers. We see Rowen in his new armors flying though the sky (no force bubble either). Sai is standing on top of a body of water wielding his trident. He can control the water and makes mighty torrents fly up and curve around. Kento is in a rocky area. He is causing pillars of earth to form and be destroyed by will power alone. Sage stands on top of a building holding his sword. And Ryo steps up in full armor. (It pisses me off that we don't get to see what Sage's and Ryo's new powers are.)
----- Kento hugs White Blaze and asks him to visit his grave when he is gone. Sai says that it is there time now. Rowen states that they can be five again. Sage states that they will try to make an honorable name for themselves. Ryo says that thought they will though the heart and love. Suzunagi appears and says "That is the answer I asked of you before"
----- The credits roll. We see some images of Suzunagi as a child and growing up. Finally in the end Yuli wins a kendo tournament (What relevance this has on anything I don't know. This is his first appearance in the whole OAV.).
