----- After the first defeat of Talpa by the Ronins, the Dynasty was begging to slip away from Talpa's control.  Saranbo was one of the first rogue Warlords to desert.  He traveled to the Mortal Realm with the intention of claiming the Armor of Inferno so that he could use it to finally defeat Talpa.  Saranbo then planned to take over and begin a war of destruction rather than conquest.

----- Saranbo sought out the Ronin Warriors and tested each of them to find the one that wore the Inferno Armor.  When he found Ryo he attacked him relentlessly, causing the defensive mechanisms of the Inferno Armor to be triggered.  It formed up around Ryo.  Ryo preformed "Flare Up Now!" and drove Saranbo off but he was not yet defeated.

----- Saranbo next tried to get Ryo alone, where the other Ronins could not give him their power.  He lured him to the dock area and they fought.  Ryo was captured and Saranbo began a ritual that would separate the Inferno's power from Ryo and the other Ronins as well.  Saranbo did not notice that Yuli had seen Ryo traveling to the docks, and that  Yuli would tell this to the other Ronins.

----- The other Ronins quickly rushed to the aid of Ryo and transferred their power to him.  Ryo was then able to form the Inferno Armor and break free of the mystic trap that Saranbo had used to capture him.  Ryo then fought with and destroyed Saranbo.

----- Saranbo has the ability to control water and other things associated with it, such as seaweed.  He also possesses illusionary powers.  He has the ability to project an image of himself and confuse opponents.  He can also fly.

----- Saranbo is knowledgeable in the ways of the Armors and the arcane rights needed to control them.

----- Saranbo is also noticeably stronger than the 4 previous warlords fought by the Ronins.  And is a true native of the Nether World.

----- His super move "Wave of Destruction" sends a massive wave of water against his opponents, doing immense damage.
