----- Sun Devil was sent by Talpa to assess the powers of the Inferno armor.   He arrived on earth in the form of a comet, crashing into a local volcano.  Upon his arrival he immediately capped the volcano with black ice.  He proceeded to ambush the Ronins and fight against them.  He continued his attacks until Ryo formed the Inferno Armor.  Upon seeing the Inferno Armor, Sun Devil encased the Ronins in his tomb of black ice.  Ryo, using the power of the Inferno Armor broke free.  Ryo then destroyed Sun Devil.

----- Sun Devil has a wide variety of weapons available for him to use. He has darts, swords, and a whip that can change into something reminiscent of a cat-o-nine-tails. He does not appear to be an exceptional fighter but his array of weapons makes up for it.

----- Sun Devil possesses and interesting power.  He seems able to make clones of him self.  Each clone is not an illusion but rather a new physical being, capable of inflicting damage on his opponents.

----- His power "Tomb of Black Ice" encases anything in indestructible ice. The strength of this ice is such that it can cap an active volcano, but it cannot contain the power of the Inferno Armor.
