Dejiko Spotting!

I've been running across Dejiko in the oddest places. Cameo appearances by her and parodies of her have been cropping up into anime lately. I've been trying to collect as many of these as I can. If you spot any, please let me know; I'd really appreciate it. One I know of for sure that I don't have any images from is her appearance in a new OAV show called First Kiss Story.
