PROGRAM 01: Enter Lime!  The Planet of Men

In space, there is a ship in danger.  As the ship explodes, an escape pod makes it's way to the planet below.  It lands, and a boy stands outside the ship, amazed by the desolate surroundings. The screen reads, "300 years later...". (TITLES)  A boy with brown hair and blonde bangs sits in a classroom.  He daydreams he sees a pretty girl outside in a school uniform.  He wakes up, it was all a dream and he is at home in his apartment.  His name is Otaru. Otaru begins his day by selling fish on the street.  He stops to pay his rent, and his neighbor, Old Gen, calls him over.  He has rented a marionette called "Gemini". Otaru calls her cute, and the other men make fun of him.  Otaru gets back to work, just as a car screams down the street.  The car speeds into Otaru, knocking his fish everywhere.  Hanagata steps out of the car along with his "gang".  He is embarrassed to call Otaru his best friend (which angers Otaru even more because he HATES Hanagata).  Hanagata offers to buy all the fish, but Otaru smacks him with one and tells him not to insult him.  Otaru ends up fighting with Hanagata's men on the bridge (and kicking thier butts!) but is thrown off into the water./  The scene cuts to an intruder in Japoness.  Two marionettes are on her trail./  Otaru walks out of the water and into an abandoned building labled "Japoness Pioneer Museum".  There he (and we) learn the story of the planet, Terra II.  It seems that a ship of colonists where traveling to Terra II, and the ship exploded.  Only one escape pod carrying six men escaped unharmed.  These six men decided to clone themselves in order to prolong human existance.  The six men divided Terra II into six sections, and each took control of them.  The Emporor of Japoness is Tokugawa Ieyasu, who is a direct clone of the original.  Otaru goes into another room containing a portrait of a beautiful woman. (Scene of circuit begins to beat like a heart.) Under the picture reads "In memory of the human female".  The room begins to glow different colors and the floor opens up.  Otaru falls through and lands in a room and sees a capsule containing a marionette.  (BREAK) A plasma storm begins outside. Inside, Otaru's touch opens the capsule.  The marionette steps out, looking a lot like the girl in Otaru's dream. She pushes Otaru to the floor and looks in his eyes. / (Black screen reads, "READY" then "PROGRAM LIME BEGIN")/ The marionette screams, as if in pain as a blue light surrounds her.  Otaru holds her and she finally comes to. She introduces herself as Lime, and thanks Otaru for waking her.  She then yells "I love you Otaru" and throws her arms around him.  Otaru is puzzeled, he has never seen a marionette act so human before. / The scene changes to a martial arts dojo.  Hanagata and crew are there looking for Otaru, but he is no where to be found. Hanagata dramatically declares that he must find Otaru, because his "heart is restless"./ Otaru brings Lime shopping for clothes and buys her a new outfit.  She blushes when Otaru tells her she looks nice.  She runs out into the street and stops in front of a puddle.  Hanagata's car is once agian screaming down the street and splashes the mud onto Lime's new outfit.  Totally ticked, Lime goes chasing after Hana's car. / A spy is on a building above, watching the scene below and recording the information on Lime and Otaru. The two marionettes are still trailing her./ Below, Lime is still chasing Hana, but she speeds ahead of him and stops the car with her foot. / Above, the two marionettes introduce themselves as Baiko and Tamasburo, guardians of Japoness.  They fight with the spy at the same time as Lime throws Hana's car (with Hana inside!).  Injured, the intruder self-detonates, destrying a building and sending pieces crashing below.  Below, Lime has got Hana mesmerized with her eyes and he can't move, he is directly in the path of the falling building.  The building continues to fall, and when the dust clears, Lime has caught it before it hit the ground.  Hana hops in his car and drives away, but Lime tosses the building at him.  He of course, is unharmed.  Lime's shoulders then open and steam is released. She has used up all her energy.  Otaru carries her home on his back as she mutters in her sleep, "I love you Otaru..." (END TITLES)

PROGRAM 02: Marionette Girl: The Troublemaker

Lime does the same, and Hana is angered by that kind of treatment from a marionette.  They see Hana's younger brother, Yumeji, and Lime introduces herself.  Hana is even more outraged that a marionette is talking to his brother. He yells at Lime, grabs Yumeji and takes off in his new car.  (BREAK)  That night at the fireworks, it is crowded with people.  Otaru and Lime can't see.  Hana has a great spot and offers to share it with Otaru but not the machine he is with.  Even though he dispises Hanagata, Otaru agrees, but only if Lime can go also so she will be able to watch the fireworks. / Across town, Hana's house is being robbed and burned, little Yumeji is the only one left at home./ Back at the fireworks, a drunk Hana is hanging on Otaru.  Otaru why his little brother is not at the fireworks, and Hanagata says he is home with a stomach ache. It's okay!" and runs in to save Yumeji./ Baiko and Tamasburo have cornered the robbers, but just then, 3 other marionettes appear.  They destroy the robbers and tell that they are Faust's (the leader of Gartlant) marionettes (sexdolls) and that they will meet agian. They then disappear./ Below, Lime brings Yumeji safetly to his brother.  Otaru hugs Lime and thatnks her with tears in his eyes.  Lime asks, "by the way, how are machines different from humans?" Otaru is astounded, but Lime is already busy enjoying the fireworks above./ the next morning, Otaru wakes up and hears Lime giggling.  He goes outside and finds her with his neighbors who now like Lime.  they say she is too cute to hate." .
