Rabby is forced to grow rapidly as the movie progresses, she meets the challenge head on and shows her inherent strength of character. In the end it is her loyalty to her crewmates and to what she believes in that leads her to a decision that will affect the fate of billions.
Rabby's voice actress is Naoko Matsui. She is also the voice actress for Soundy/Sandy from Rhea Gall Force, Pai Thunderer from Dangaioh, and Katsumi Liqueur of Silent Mobius. She sung 'Being Held in the Drizzle' on the Yohko For-ever music videos tape.
