Spea is Shildy's second in command. She is quiet, but in mental toughness she equals Lufy. Especially when she dares to stop Lufy to protect Shildy and the others.

Spea's voice actress is Yuko Mizutani. She is also the voice actress for Ann in Earth Chapter 2 and 3; Anri in BubbleGum Crisis 5 & 6; and as air-headed Mihoshi in Tenchi Muyo.
