Production I.G., LLC as known as IG USA was established in Santa Monica, California in 1997 for the purpose of expanding the Japanese animation towards the worldwide market. There are currently 3 staff members which consist of Mitsuhisa Ishikawa as the president, Toshihiko Nishikubo as the vice president and Maki Terashima as the operations manager.

(aka Mizuho Nishikubo) Born in Tokyo in January, 1953. Graduated as a Broadcasting major from Waseda University. Worked for Tatsunoko Production in the animation director's division, and encountered Mamoru Oshii. Nishikubo directed several TV series before deciding to become an independent director. He has worked with Oshii on Patlabor 2, as well as Ghost in the Shell. He is an expert at sound effects, music and enjoys working working with themes about school life.
