This is yet another anime that I can watch relentlessly, quote along 
with and never get tired of!!!  This is also an anime I can watch 
with my guy pals.  They're drooling over Rally and May and the Cobra 
Rally drives...and I'm drooling over the guns and...the Cobra Rally 
drives.

Rally Vincent and Minnie May Hopkins run a gunsmith shop, but they're 
not just clerks; Rally is also a part time bounty hunter, going after
the biggest and nastiest baddies in Chicago, with May as her partner
in stopping crime.  
But this time, Rally may be a bit over her head; there's a leak in 
the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms and a crazy Russian
psychopath out for the blood of a certain bounty hunter who's 
thwarted her plans once too often.

COOL.  Cool jazzy soundtrack, REAL CHICAGO SCENERY...I can vouch.  I 
grew up in a suburb of Chicago.  Lots of shoot 'em up violence, and 
the occasional...okay more than occasional glimpse of
not-quite-fully-dressed females.  SOOOO 17 and up at least on this 
one. But it's sooooo freakin' cool!!!!
