His mother, father and step-brother was out for the weekend and he was left alone. Hiei had disappeared himself for almost a week now. Their last mission for Koenma also had excluded Hiei. Koenma gave an excuse that Hiei wasnât needed in that mission. Kurama stared out the window and sighed. It was a cool night, stars were dancing in the skies, the moon was shining brightly⌠but something was wrong. Kurama could feel that something was wrong. He panicked and slid down the window, shutting it before anything happens. A breeze of swift cold air crawled in. Kurama eyed his room carefully. Had something managed to slip in while he was shutting the window. His emerald eyes ran across the room, scanning itâs contents. He spotted something between the shadows. His jaw dropped. "We meet again," said the voice in the shadow. "Karasu, why are you here?" asked Kurama, trying to hide his fear. "Why? Well⌠because I felt like I miss you again," he answered. "Miss me?" asked Kurama. Karasu nodded. Suddenly Karasu was behind Kurama. He had his slender fingers around Kuramaâs neck. Sliding it up and down, gently. "It seems like the little koorime hadnât came back," noted Karasu. Kurama sighed. Karasu smiled. He moved his hands to unbutton Kuramaâs shirt. One by one, he took his time. He knew that Kurama was too sad to take control of his own. Now he could do whatever he liked. Kuramaâs white shirt dropped to the floor, revealing a compact torso. Karasu was having trouble stopping himself from biting Kuramaâs smooth neck. :⌠Kuso âŚ: he cursed inwardly. "KarasuâŚ," called Kurama. "What?" "Please," pleaded Kurama. "Please what?" "Please donât do this to me. I⌠I⌠Karasu⌠please, let go of me. I canât do this," said Kurama. "What? You want to tell me that youâre straight? It wonât work," said Karasu. "No, but you must understand. I can onlyâŚ," Karasu stopped his fingers. "What? Are you still fussing about that little brat?" asked Karasu. "Heâs not a brat. I liked him from the first time I set my eyes on him. Even though the first time we met, he was trying to kill me," said Kurama. Karasu placed his chin on Kuramaâs shoulder, he sighed. "So, you are saying that what ever I do, I canât win you?" asked Karasu. "Iâm afraid so," answered Kurama softly. Karasu backed away a few feet. He took Kuramaâs shirt which was on the floor and shoved it at Kurama. "Wear this back, he might come back," said Karasu. He turned and started his way to the window. "Karasu?" called Kurama. Karasu stopped, turned around and raised an eye brow. "Arigatou," uttered Kurama. Karasu gave him a weary smile and opened the window. "Maybe some day weâll meet again?" asked Karasu. Kurama shrugged and smiled. "Maybe," he answered. Yukina opened the door to her room and found her brother still sleeping. He had been like this for a few days now. :⌠No, a week âŚ: she corrected herself. She walked over with a tray. A piece of damp cloth, a glass of water, a bowl of rice, some vegetables and a bowl of soup was on it. Yukina placed the tray beside her. "Oniisan," she called softly. Hiei groaned and shot open his eyes. He relaxed when he saw his sister in front of him. Yukina flashed him her sweetest smile. "Here, I brought these for you. I cooked it myself. So if it doesnât taste nice, donât be mad," she grinned sweetly. Hiei let out a little smile and started on the soup. His sense of taste seems to be working so he gulped down everything. Suddenly there was a knock on the door. Hiei looked up from his bowl of rice and saw a tall silhouette shadow behind the door. "Ohairi!" Yukina shouted from inside. Kurama slid open the door and smiled. "Hi," he greeted them. "Ah, Kurama-sanâŚ," said Yukina. Hiei was still staring at Kurama behind the bowl of rice. Yukina looked at them and decided to leave them alone. "I got to go. I have to run some errands for Genkai- san," with that she closed the door. Hiei was still stuffing food, slowly. Kurama looked at Hiei and sat in front of him. "Hiei?" he called. Hiei stopped eating and looked at Kurama, he put down his bowl of rice. Kurama smiled at Hiei, he have rice bits on his face. Kurama resisted the urge to go up to him and kiss him. Instead, he raised his hand and brushed off the rice bits off Hieiâs face gently. "I miss you," he uttered. Hiei snorted and looked away. Kurama shifted closer. He took Hieiâs hand. "I got rid of him," said Kurama. Hiei was still in no interest to look at Kurama. "Come on Hiei," coaxed Kurama. "You talk too much. I guessed thatâs why he left," commented Hiei. To Kurama, it sounded more or less like a joke, so he chuckled. "Maybe, maybe not. But now were back together, ainât it great?" asked Kurama, hoping to get something out of that poker faced demon. Hiei sighed. Battles about Kurama deceiving him were gone. He had love this youko and he trusted him. He pushed away the bowl and crawled nearer towards Kurama, he placed his head on his neck between that luxurious flair of read strands. He wrapped his arms around Kurama and smiled secretly. "Hai," he said softly. Owari⌠p/s: I know all these characters looked a little OOC, so sorry!
