Recently, many anime fans have been complaining about the fact that Escaflowne will be edited for television. After recieving several complaints Fox anounced today that they would not edit, dub or even subtitle Escaflowne.
"We will be airing Escaflowne the way it was meant to be seen- in Japanese" said a Fox representative. "Our target audience for Escaflowne isn't those fucking little kids who buy all that Pokemon shit. We are looking to hit the grotesquely obese otaku who whine like little bitches".
