Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan declared today that all students entering the Los Angeles Unified School District from first grade on will be required to view the anime classics "Patlabor" and "Patlabor 2: The Movie". After the screening, students will be asked if they enjoyed the films. If they say no, they will be immediately placed in special education.
"Patlabor is the shit," said Riordan "and anyone who doesn't think so is a 'Stuart Levy'."
