I actually did an update! Cool! ;-)

Seriously, I haven't fiddled any with what was already here, but i did add the MP3 files. I think many fans will get a kick out of that. Also, the first REAL VIDEO CAPTAIN HARLOCK EPISODE will be coming to this site this month, so keep your eyes and minds open. That's about all I have to say. ;-) Cheers!

Time for the "annual update", i guess. Lots has gone on in my life, so not much has gone on with the site.

First, I'd like to apologise for the time the site was offline. I was playing musical servers, i guess. I went from Prodigy to Geocities because Prodigy really sucks. It is the most limited Online Service on the planet. But then i found out that Geoshitties was the slowest server on the planet, plus, they were grossly overpricing their "Plus" membership. The last straw was when they edited code into my pages without my permission so they'd get advertising space. They did the same to every page on Geocities. I ditched the bastards and found peace on Simplenet. They were inexpensive and gave me unlimited space on a moderately fast server. Now, because i started using the Netscape HTML editor, there were complications in the linking process. I only used the Netscape Composer feature out of curiosity. I don't recommend it if you are serious about HTML. If all you want is a cute little homepage that says "Hi, I'm Elizabeth, and this is my cat, Snuggles", then go ahead and use it, but the real experience comes from editors such as Hippie.
Back to the matter at hand: I've been away from the anime scene for awhile because i am really poor. There will be few updates to the Harlock site at the present, most "updates" will consist of merely fixing broken links. I will add some RealVideo clips of Harlock in the future, using school equipment. I don't know when, though, so don't write asking about it, please. My answer is "when it's there, it's there". Due to all these Southpark sites showing up where you can download full episodes of Southpark on RealVideo and the advent of 56k and Cable Modems, i think by now it would be okay to upload full episodes of Captain Harlock. I'll probably only put up a couple...I only have a few that are webcasting quality, and in english. My japanese ones have awful sound!
I'm also getting more and more involved in raising my daughter and being responsible...kinda hard for me, since i'm A.D.H.D., but challenges are to be met. The point is that doing so will keep me too busy to play with site at all. I hope to finish it one day and just leave it at that. A testament of a time gone by.

Peace to all.

Well, the news aren't very many. As you can see, the page has finally succumbed to frames. I hate frames, so i just did one, on the left side, so that people can sail through my web site more easily. The reason for this is that i wanted to make it easier for viewers to explore the entire site. I was getting a lot of mail asking me questions, when the answers were already posted elsewhere! So now you have my framed page.

There will be an inevitable delay in putting up my new GALAXY EXPRESS 999 Page. But once it is up, you'll be able to get a lot of goodies! Images, sounds...

One more thing: If anyone has any interest, i'm opening a FANFIC section. I've had at least three people asking me if i'd post their stories, and i've said yes. I just never heard from them again ;)

So if you have any text to submit, just e-mail it to me, and i'll be happy to read it, and post your work for others to see. In the same vein, a FAN ART section will be up, if you guys can send me your art in JPG or GIF format. This will give you more power to help define the look of this site.

Because of school, i will not have much time to spend here, but i promise i'll do my best. Those of you who have written me but never got a reply can read the reasons by clicking here.

Also, because some of you are having trouble unzipping some of the compressed files, here's a link to http://www.winzip.com. Once there you should download WinZip, the unzipping utility for Windows.

That should be all for now. Explore, and have fun!
