Eva-00 Pilot: Ayanami Rei First appearance: Episode 5

Eva-00 is the first Eva being made. Actually it acts for test purpose more than real combat. It comes from an angel. It's original colour was yellow. However, in episode 6, it was nearly destroyed in the combat against 5th Angel. After that, it changed its armour and its colour was changed to blue. Also, shoulder blades are added.
