Name That Picture

128K A woman coming out of a subway onto a decidedly un-japanese snow-covered street.

My guess is that it's New York. Other than that I really don't know where this came from at all... but it is really nice.

58K Three girls, one with a big gun, and a giant demon or dragon in the background.

This is from the anime which I know only as Blue Seed. I haven't seen the anime myself, but I think it's fairly popular. So, for full points:

• What are the names of all three characters (four if you count the dragon-like thing).
• What are their backgrounds or histories?
• Is the girl in yellow really giving us the finger?
• Where did this picture come from (as in book, magazine, etc).
• Bonus: Who did the character designs? It is the same person who did Sazen Eyes (3x3 Eyes) and Nuku Nuku?

78K A guy in a spiffy blue jumpsuit being attacked (?) by a woman/cat thing (??).

I don't (didn't) know where this comes (came) from. My only clue is the name of the file, which makes me suspect the guy's name to be Ryu. I may be sticking my neck out here, but I don't think it's from Street Fighter.

154K A blond somewhat reminiscent of C-ko piloting some rather powerful looking mega-armour.

85K A woman with slightly odd weapons and armour, and very odd hair, running.

From the name of the file I could guess her name was Iria.

77K (.gif) A beautiful sketch of a woman, from Angel Egg (it says so in the lower left). I know less than nothing about this anime or manga.
