About the Press Kit

The purpose of this press kit is to raise awareness among the press of Buena Vista Home Entertainment's September 1st, 1998 release of the hit Japanese animated feature film Kiki's Delivery Service. We intend this press kit to give film reviewers and movie critics enough reason to watch the film and write (hopefully positive) reviews about it.

This is a fan effort, and is in no way officially connected with the Disney corporation, Buena Vista Home Entertainment, nor Studio Ghibli.

Requests for the Press Kit

Requests for copies of the fan press kit can be made at our contact address. Requests for copies of the official press kit should see the Buena Vista version information web page.

We will accept requests from anyone, but only copies for members of the press will be without cost. All others must make arrangements for the price of printing and postage.

As of August 22nd, 1988 we have completed work on the printed version of this press kit. We will soon begin work on updating the web version.

Distribution of the Press Kit

Distribution of the press kit will be to members of the press responsible for film review and critique who are listed on our Press Contacts page.

Distribution of press kits will be by postal mail or fax, and will be addressed to film critics by name whenever possible.

We need volunteers. If you would like to help distribute press kits to film critics or movie reviewers, please contact us to tell us how you want to help.
