| Its basically a big spider-like Angel that appeared when Nerv experienced
massive black-out and energy break-down. All three Evas was intsructed to intercept with less than 5 minutes of internal power. The Angel planned to penetrate Geofront by dissolving one of its hatch with acidic fluid when Asuka formed a plan that will allow them to eliminate the Angel by using the Palette Gun. The Gun was lost when it fell in the hatch and with Eva-00 getting the gun and passing it to Shinji, and with Eva-02 protecting Eva-01, the angel was defeated when it received uranium bullets fired in high velocity, 8 shoots per round from the rifle. |
