Catzy is the purple tutu wearing member of the fours sisters who wears her hair in two cat ear looking buns. Catzy's immediate superior is Rubius whom she is in love with however he has no such feelings for her. The blue fire of the dark moon is at Catzy's command giving her a power very similar to Sailor Mars powers with fire. When she is not chasing after the "rabbit" or battling the Sailor Scouts she enjoys shopping. Make-up is her favorite item to buy and she is quite overly concerned about her appearance. Catzy also spends her time trying to win Rubius's affections to which she is not successful. After failing to capture the "rabbit" again Rubius tells her she is a failure and not allowed to return. Full of despair Catzy takes the bomb that was given to her by Rubius to destroy Sailor Moon and intends to kill herself instead. However the Sailor Scouts save her and Sailor Moon heals her with her moon scepter. Thus Catzy is the first of the sisters to be turned to good. Catzy spends the rest of her life on earth with her new found friends and pleads with her sisters to join her.
