She rivals Sailor Jupiter in height and has fashionably cut short blond hair. She can often been seen wearing mens clothing and some of the younger scouts mistook her for a boy when they first met her. She also enjoys driving fast sports cars and is quite skilled at it. She is very wealthy and spends most of her time with Sailor Neptune whom lives with her in her mansion. They also both go to the same school. Haruka's age is unknown and is an excellent pianist.
