Malachite is the last NegaGeneral we encounter, and is one of the most powerful. He was Zoisites teacher and lover, and dreamed of a world ruled by the Negaverse. Malachites goal is to destroy the Sailor Scouts so the Queen Beryl can begin her conquest of the universe. Queen Beryl has also put him in charge of keeping an eye on the newly brainwashed and turned to evil Prince Darien (Tuxedo Mask). Malachite still does not trust Prince Darien and thinks Queen Beryl has made a great mistake by placing to much of her trust in the young warrior. Malachite is killed by his own weapon in a battle with the Sailor Scouts and Prince Darien regains his memory leaving Queen Beryl alone to fight the scouts.
