LORAN SEACK Organization Earth Age 17 Our white-haired, feminine hero is actually a member of the Moonrace, dispatched to Earth two years ago as a guinea pig to determine whether his people can succesfully return to their mother planet. Rescued from near-drowning by the Heim sisters, Loran found employment in their family's mine. Over the last two years he has become a close friend of the family, currently serving as their personal chauffeur. During his time on Earth, Loran has longed for the day when his people will come to join him. But when the Moonrace arrive, it's in the form of a brutal invasion rather than a peaceful migration, and Loran is forced to take up arms to defend his newfound friends. Still, he yearns for peace between the two worlds.

KIEL HEIM Organization Earth Age 17 The older of the Heim family's two daughters, Kiel is a dainty blue-eyed blonde who happens to be a dead ringer for Queen Diana Sorel, sovereign of the Moonrace. When the invasion begins, the clever and ambitious Kiel soon secures herself a position as assistant and advisor to dashing industrialist Guen Third Rheinford.

SOSHIE HEIM Organization Earth Age 15 The second of the Heim family's daughters, Soshie is two years younger than Loran, but tends to treat him in the same high-handed manner as her family's other servants. Nonetheless, she has a strong interest in the fair-faced young man. Soshie has some experience as an airplane pilot, and soon finds herself pressed into service as Militia pilot.

MR. AND MRS. DYLAN HEIM Organization Earth The parents of Kiel and Soshie, the Heims run a mine outside the backwater town of Vicinity. Their mine, located in the Ark mountains, supplies the Rheinford family's manufacturing operations with vital iron ore and aluminum.

GUEN THIRD RHEINFORD Organization Earth Age 19 The scion of the aristocratic family who rule Earth's Inglessa fiefdom, Guen is a mercantile and manufacturing genius whose dream is to re-industrialize the backwards planet. Via his primitive radio transmitter, he's participated in the ongoing negotiations between Earth and the Moonrace. As the invasion progresses, the Rheinford family's home at Bostonia Castle becomes the site of intermittent attempts at negotiation. But Guen is hedging his bets, simultaneously directing the resistance efforts of the Militia and dispatching ancient miner Sid Munza to unearth ancient weapons to fight the invaders.

KEITH REJE AND FRAN DOLL Organization Earth Age 17 (Keith) 17 (Fran) Two years ago, Keith and Fran journeyed to Earth with Loran as advance scouts for the Moonrace. Though they soon lost contact with Loran, they've both settled down in the city of Knox, capital of the Inglessa fiefdom. Here they've adopted civilian guises, Keith apprenticing at a bread shop while Fran works at a paper mill with the eventual goal of becoming a reporter.

MESHE KUN Organization Earth Age 18 Meshe is a friend of Soshie, and the daughter of an airplane maker. As such, she has excellent piloting skills despite her youth, and quickly signs up as a Militia pilot to defend her country.

SID MUNZA Organization Earth Age 75 This antiquated miner is a man with a mission - a mission chartered by genius industrialist Guen Third Rheinford, no less. A student of "dark history," the forgotten centuries of Earth's technologically advanced past, Sid's quest is to locate long-buried ancient artifacts. His search soon becomes much more urgent, as the Ark mountains near the town of Vicinity - and the buried treasures they contain - prove to be the Militia's only hope for battling the Moonrace invaders.

JOSEPH YOTT Organization Earth Age 23 Apprentice to the aged miner Sid Munza, Joseph is a stoic young man of native American ancestry. Later, he will fight alongside our heroes.

MIKHAIL GERN Organization Earth Rank Colonel Age 35 The burly commander of the Militia forces stationed in the Inglessa fiefdom, Mikhail is a proper soldier and a snappy dresser besides.

QUEEN DIANA SOREL Organization Moonrace Age 19 Queen Diana is the ruler of the Moonrace, the descendant of the family who have led the lunar peoples for two millennia. Soon after the invasion begins, she descends to Earth in her personal flagship Soleil to supervise the ongoing negotiations. For reasons as yet unclear, Diana happens to look very much like like heroine Kiel Heim.

POE EIJI Organization Moonrace Rank 2nd Lieutenant Age 20 This sleekly glamorous mobile suit pilot is a member of Diana Counter, the military force that conducts the Moonrace's 1st Return Operation. After encountering the Turn A Gundam in battle, she is assigned by her loose cannon superior Phil Ackerman to capture this enemy mobile suit at any cost.

AJI Organization Moonrace Rank Colonel The ugly, begoggled Colonel Aji is the commander of Diana Counter and the leader of the Moonrace's 1st Return Operation. At first an aggressive advocate of military conquest, he soon becomes disturbed by the extreme actions of his underlings and begins to take a more moderate stance.

PHIL ACKERMAN Organization Moonrace Rank Captain Age 25 An officer of the Diana Counter invasion force, Phil is one of the more radical and aggressive of the Moonrace's soldiers. Disregarding the orders of Diana Counter commander Colonel Aji, he assigns Poe Eiji to capture the Turn A Gundam.

HARRY ORD Organization Moonrace Rank 1st Lieutenant A striking figure with a slender build, a mop of white hair, and distinctive red sunglasses, Harry is one of the Moonrace's ace pilots and the chief of Queen Diana's royal guard. He pilots a golden Sumo mobile suit.
