Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping and Handling is per transaction, as per the following schedule.
Shipping and Handling amounts will be calcuated as part of the total billed amount for all transactions.
Shipping and Handling charges are billed at a flatlate, regardless of how many items you order at a given time.

• Asia: 1500 yen
• Oceania/North America/Central America/Middle East: 2500 yen
• South America/Africa: 3000 yen
• Europe: 2500 yen

Once we have confirmation of your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping will be via International Express Mail (EMS) from the Japanese Postal Service.
As a general rule, we will ship merchandise within one month of sending email confirmation.
In the event that an item is unavailable, we will so inform you as well.

Tariffs may be applied in some regions.
Please pay any tariffs in accordance with the laws of your country, to the appropriate agency, and not to GAINAX.

Rates of Exchange

The exchange rate of your country's currency is based on the rate set on the day your credit card company settles its accounts.
