Just to let you know, even though it's called "H", that doesn't mean you have to 18 or older to use it.
This CD-ROM is, in fact, a "Digital Full-Color Anime Comic"!
Huh? You still don't get it? Well, what that means is...

It's...
"An all-new hybrid CD-ROM in Mac & Windows formats, which has cute girls running around in madcap comics, naughty games, and risque' animation sequences, among other things".

That's the heart of "H", this new CD-ROM from Gainax.

As an aside, the "H" of the title comes from "Hizuru", as in Imai Hizuru, the manga artist who created the characters and situations, and the expression "Heaven or Hell".
Very naughty, yes. Dirty, no. So even if you're under 18, you can buy it with a clear conscience.

･Now what's it all about?

The main feature is an all-new, original story by Imai Hizuru! That alone would be worth the price of admission.
The digital comic starts with a devilish Angel-girl, "Tenshiko", and an angelic Devil-girl, "Akumako" who go on a class excursion to the world of humans. Things go from bad to worse when they get lost, though! How will they find their way back in time?! That, of course, is our story.
This is, of course, not just any ordinary comic. By clicking on the panels, you get an interactive effect: the characters move and talk. With multiple stories and multiple endings, simple operating commands, manual and automatic modes, and helpfiles, it's fun and easy to use. Additionally, the save function means you can pick up where you left off at any time!
With voices Adachi Shinobu as Tenshiko, and Kumaya Niina as Akumako, giving dead-on performances, things get even more naughty!

･Within the comic itself, there's even more fun to be had!

You'll find minigames interspersed throughout the story, three different kinds in all:
a "Flip-Up-the-Skirt Game", where you shoot gusts of wind to do just that;
a "Knit Dress Unraveling Game", where you can undress your favorite girl, in anything from Lolita-style to curves all over the place;
and an arcade-style "Shooting Gallery Game".
Like the comic, the games are easy to play! Whether you're one of those Virtua Fighter freaks who can tell when something is 1/60 of a second off, or you're someone who can't even fire off a Soryuken (Rising Dragon Fist), you'll enjoy these games, no sweat.

･And then comes the ultimate risque', the "Victory Dance"!

As a reward for clearing all the games, and for getting the best ending, the "Victory Dance," the extreme of naughtiness, kicks off! It's full animation, courtesy Chikanaga Kenichi and Sanae, and the whole team at Studio Live. The Chikanagas are already famous for "Idol Tenshi Youkoso" (Welcome Idol Angel), a smash hit with the fans.
Even Tenshiko and Akumako will say...
"How embarrassing..."
at this dance...and they're doing it! You'll want to see them at it too!
Once you've won the games, "Victory Dance" and the games become entries in the menu bar, so you can enjoy them again at any time.

There are two different modes for viewing the original illustrations included with the program: the "Peep Show" and the "Touchy-Feely Show". And they're just what they sound like! We sincerely hope you'll enjoy them.
