I just find him looney and off the wall. :)

*ahem*
I don't know about the Steam Radio Show but the message on most of
those CDs aren't warnings about copying but are warnings to not play
the data tracks on your typical CD player so that you won't bust your
speakers. Numerous other games have this "feature" as well such as
Castlevania X, Roommate, Yuna 3, and Panzer Dragoon RPG. I
personally find it a nice touch as well.
