I agree with Josh here. The simplicity of the battles was an upside in some
regards. After all, ST is as much about a dramatic story and character
interaction, as it is about death and distruction (contrary to what a lame
ass Next Generation article claims).
And I myself was never much of a strategy RPG player also. I like them
immensely, but I often suck at the strategy part. If the Langrisser games
weren't so frustrating, I might play them more often. Sakura Taisen is a
nice repreve from that tedium. ^_^

I rather like the music in ST. Better in quality and composition then what
I've heard in FFVII. Xenogears put Square back on track....but now I REALLY
digress. ^_^
