ADV's being more generous now. With Bakuretsu Hunters, they're going to
put 3-4 eps on a tape. With Boku no MARII/My Dear Marie, they put all 3
OAVs on one tape.

Yeah, but ADV's the only company I know which charges a whole freakin' $10
more for a sub. People were pissed off enough when they did it with
Slayers Perfect. You should have seen the posts going around("I wanted to
buy the sub, but $10 was too much so I ended up buying the dub.") It was
cross-posted in alt.fan.sailor-moon and rec.arts.anime.misc

Oh really? I'd love to hear it. Other than "greed", I don't
believe any reason why subs are more expensive. "Economics" my butt. I
know that's part of it, but "greed" is definitely the biggie IMO.
So yeah, I'd be interested in the insider stuff.
