HobbyLink Japan was a lot of Sakura Taisen figures and models. Check out:

They have eight Ri Kouran figure listed on that page. I think the Sega
CharaDoll and Tsukuda Action Figure have stylable hair.

They do have a Ri Kouran figure in stock.

I think ncsx.com also sells some Sakura Taisen merchandise, like keychains
and mini-figures. I'm not sure where to get other kinds of merchandise,
though. Anybody?
