I wouldn't disagree. Saturn *has* the most number of hentai games
for console systems. PSX's official policy to not support these types
of games, at least not in an X-rating type of fashion. It's an
image/yakuza thing, or so I've heard. ^_^;;

Again, I'm not sure if it was primarily engineered for a male
audience. I don't consider ST hentai, and that's why I don't believe
ST is a dating sim (at least, purely). I believe the audience Mr. Ouji
targeted was a truly younger audience (like little kids). I think he
wanted wider game playership. It was not purely targeted at the
anime otaku as so many of these dating sims are. I also think Mr.
Ouji got "lucky" that it became so popular.
