A couple sites list that they are selling Sakura Taisen >soundtracks, BUT it's hard to tell what is exactly what. is what. Ming's >site makes reference to a 2 disc set (BVCH 2601/2) which I found at >Tokyopop for $49 (too much for a 2 disc set). Is that the only direct from >the game soundtrack? Cause they also have "Sakura Wars" ($34, BVCH 741), >"Sakura Taisen" ($34 BVCH 743), both of which could actually be the game >itself. But they ALSO have "Sakura Taisen OST" ($32 BVCH 735), which has a >description of "11 tracks from the Sega Saturn game". AND, Backtrip Records >has "Sakura Taisen (Original Soundtrack)" ($33 MJCA-00030). > >So can ANYONE clear me up on this. > >And if so, I'd LOVE to buy it (or one, a complete OSV from the game) form >someone if they are willing to sell. > >Thanks for whatever help anyone can give. > >-Joshua According to my research, those CDs are: BVCH-735 Teigeki Kayou Zenshu This CD has 11 tracks; the theme songs for each character. I have mp3s if you want to preview. BVCH-741 Ai Yueni I think this is a drama CD. If you are curious as to what actually happens in the plays that the Hanagumi performs, this is probably a good CD to buy. BVCH-743 Kayou Show: Ai Yueni My guess is that this is a recording of the actual stage performance of Ai Yueni. BVCH-2601/2 Jouki Chikuonkan Like Terrence said, one disc has BGM, one disc is a Mac/Win hybrid CD-ROM. I think Ming has more info on his page about it. I believe that there are no vocal songs in this set. MJCA-00030 Sakura Taisen OVA OST Apparently, songs from the OVAs. BGM, vocal songs, who knows. Were there any new vocal songs in the OVAs? More information about Sakura Taisen CDs can be found at the Virtual Idols web site: http://v-idols.simplenet.com/i-a-saku.htm BTW, what is an OSV?
