I seem to have picked up a ST drama cd. I think it has all the dramas from ST2 on it or something...I really like the beginning song though. Oh, and is there a good website documenting Teigeki Graph? Thanks! ----- Original Message ----- From: Joshua Kaufman To: SAKURATAISEN-LIST@LISTSERV.ACSU.BUFFALO.EDU Sent: Friday, September 03, 1999 2:41 PM Subject: Re: Top 10 Vocal Songs (and a queation) At 06:57 PM 7/1/99 -0400, you wrote: Yes, I'm pulling this thread back from two months agom but I only got the second album last week. If you don;'t remember, it was simply a listing of your favorite songs from the two vocal albums. So anyways (these really aren't in perfect order, because I really love almost all of the songs): 1..Ai wa Daiya -- yes, this is my absolute favorite. As to why, well, I love the melody, the accompaniment, and the general humor in the singing. It really gets to me, and I could listen to it all day. 2. Nayamashi Mambo -- Like the above, it really just gets to me. The melody is great, and I really love the folky harmony it has. Funny that my two favorites feature my least favorite girl, but whatever.... 3. .Geki! Teikoku Kagekidan (kai) -- Since other were grouping the two, I will too. The song is so catchy, and I could never tire of it and its variants. It was also the first ST music I heard, and I loved it from the start. I like the original a bit better than the new one. 4. Shakunetsu Boogie -- This song fits Kanna's voice so well, it's just unreal. Again, I love the style. 5. Icarus no Hoshi -- In the old responses, noone listed this. But I love it. There's something about it that just makes me feel good when I listen to it. 6. Itoshi no Jean Paul -- Definatly better than Etude, his one fits Iris's voice and personally perfectly. I like the very spacy background. 7. The rest really. I can't really list more -- I'd end up listing them all expect for Maria's two songs, and Cede's song (both are okay, just not as good as the rest) As you can probably guess, I actually like the first CD better, but the second CD is great too (I've already listened to it three times in a week, and I think I'm going to again today) One other think if you've managed to read this far: Does anyone have the newest vocal album (Shin Sakura Taisen Kayou Zenshu) besides Terrance? He mentioned it was very good, but never expanded on that. Does anyone have any comments, espeically on individual songs, and also stuff like who sings what, if the music is from the games (and which games), ect. And possibly if any other online retailer has it besides Tokyopop...thanks. -Joshua AOL-IM: TerraEpon ICQ: 5404138
