No, you are not alone.  I'm pretty hardcore purist also (after all, I run a
club which only shows fansubs and staff AX).  However, I used to be on the
Ranma ML back in the day, and the dub/sub flame wars just showed to me that
people almost always have an opinion and are very set in it. Personally, I
would like most/all american/canadian VA's shot as well as several company
higher-ups (*cough* Trish and Toshi).
