I asked Matt about the new Sakura Taisen OVAs at AWA, and he said that he really couldn't see why ADV *wouldn't* get them, unless SEGA didn't want to sell them to ADV for some reason-- he said that Bandai Visual was one of the sponsors, so that could make things a little hairy if Bandai Entertainment decided they wanted 'em.
In any event, Matt said that the first Sakura Taisen OVA VHS tape has done pretty well-- he cited the game's relatively high popularity as an import as part of the reason.
