No no. Basically, there's some demo disc  (Dreamcast Magazine November?)
that will boot up on an import DC, and you can then swap a US game.

Some people think the Dreamchip thing is a scam.
Personally, I really don;'t know -- or care at the moment as I have no DC
(I will get one eventually of course, ST3 and ST Columns 2 ^_^)
