AFAIK, it is the same as Sakura Taisen for the Saturn but don't think that Jwin and EWin are one and the same. I have some CD-Extra's(ie music CDs that have some J-Win programs, apps, files) and while boot up normally, others only let you access a few things. If you want to buy a JWin game, I really suggest that you have a JWin OS. But for the price of a Saturn these days, you really could get a Saturn + Sakura Taisen for about the same price as the JWin Sakura Taisen....
