Just putting this here so that i will have a -lot- more done by
the weekend, and because i would like some querrys answered....

Where the ki is hiragana, Too means 'Far, distant' and Mukashi
means 'antiquity, long ago'

no desu(The bird is able to recieve the [Wind Spirit's] blessing upon his wing)

Kaze no SeiRei tte?([WindSpirit]?)

[FlameSpirit] and [WindSpirit] will be filled in as soon as i decide what I
want to call them.

Here are a few corrections. Hope they're helpful.

It should be just, "The Child of the Three Swords has been born!"

It simply means "Long, long ago."

Heh, heh. I remember similar sighs when I first tried to read manga
some nine years ago. ^_^

It should be, "King. Let us believe/trust. Let us entrust [all] to the
Holy Lord." (Probably the title of a deity in the story.)

Sounds like either the Island is called "Dome" or there's a dome on the
island. "Sei naru" simply means "sacred/holy." "Naru" is used to make
adjectives in fancy language. It's similar to "na."

"That's the/a "Ooma" bird known as [called] Rasuriiru." I can't tell
what "ooma na" is supposed to be without seeing the original Japanese.
Rasuriiru is either the type of bird or the name of that individual bird.
(Probably the former.) "Yobareru" means "called" or "known as." It can
also mean "be invited," but not in this case.

Correct, but that's "tsubasa," not "tsubaki." "Tsubaki," depending on
the kanji used, means either "camellia" or "spit/saliva." ^_^;

Rec.arts.manga in particular has a two-part "Manga Guide" that
identifies a good number (but not all) of the manga titles
that get frequent mention here, and provides a brief summary.
It has an appendix with a list of the more popular magazines
in which manga are serialized.

Vincent Ho (who's around here somewhere) has made a listing
of shoujo anime that makes up for the lack of mentions of
same in the rec.arts.anime material.
