The title you have selected is a popular anime fan title; material is available from one or more ftp sites. Select one or more of the following. (these are the three biggest; there are a number of others)
Unless otherwise instructed, search for directory /pub/anime-manga/sorted; or similar.
ftp.tcp.comAnime FTP site.
venice.tcp.com ( - similarity in directory structure to the above is more than coincidental)
remus.rutgers.edu Anime FTP site.
NOTE:Script translation files usualy get deleted when a licensed US edition is released.
Bulletin Boards (BBS) have rather fallen out of fashion following the growth of the all-powerful Internet, but if there is one near you; it may prove very useful as a source of sundry anime files. Some of these BBS are very big (possibly as big as any of the FTP sites), and as the hardware is owned by individuals or clubs rather than universities, they may be less open to pressure re the contents, if you follow my drift... To find out what's on them, you have to download the contents file either from the WWW page that advertises it or from the BBS itself, and decompress the list. Once you have spotted something interesting, you can return to the BBS and download.
BBS Finder:
The National Anime BBS Watch is published on a quarterly basis. It is
available via ftp from remus.rutgers.edu in pub/anime/misc. It is
also available via email from pearl@remus.rutgers.edu. It may also be found in:
rec.arts.anime.info (newsgroup).
A much shorter list of major BBS can be found in the Miscellaneous section of the Anime Web Turnpike.
